Spanning over 1,000 square meters, the facility houses a complete production line from precision injection molding and CNC metal machining to automated assembly and final product testing. The group team has deep expertise in industrial connectors and sensors, accumulated through years of precision manufacturing and quality management. ISO 9001 management system is strictly followed. The factory is equipped with high-precision injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, automated assembly lines, and fully automatic testing equipment. Monthly capacity reaches millions of contacts, with standard orders delivered within 14 days and urgent orders as fast as 7 days. A comprehensive inspection lab is on-site: IP67/IP68 waterproof testers, thermal cycling chambers (-40°C~+125°C), salt spray chambers, contact resistance testers, and dielectric strength testers — every batch is rigorously tested before shipment.

Manufacturing Facility

The Huizhou factory focuses on R&D and production of M-Series circular industrial connectors, equipped with automated injection molding workshops, precision metal machining workshops, automated assembly lines, Class 100 cleanrooms (for critical processes), and a fully automated testing center. Monthly capacity reaches millions of contacts with 14-day standard lead time.

9-Stage Quality Control

A 9-stage QC (Quality Control) system governs every step — from incoming raw material inspection and in-process component checks to assembly monitoring, final product testing, and outbound quality verification. All products undergo 100% electrical performance, sealing, and dielectric strength inspection before shipment.

R&D Capability

The group employs 20+ senior R&D engineers with an average of 15+ years of industry experience. Full-spectrum product development capability covers raw material selection, mold design, product structure, electrical performance, and sealing processes. Customer design requests lead to completed molds in 10 days and samples in 15 days.
