Medical device company customizes M8 for nebulizers

We customized an M8 3-pin medical-grade connector solution. The housing uses medical-grade PBT+GF30 material that passed ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing. Gold-plated contacts ensure long-term contact reliability. A keyed design prevents reverse polarity connection.
The connector passed all medical device registration tests including EMC and electrical safety requirements. The first 5,000 units have been delivered. The customer reports smooth mating feel and reliable locking — meeting the high standards expected of medical device components.
