A decade-old packaging machinery factory in Foshan had 20+ machines needing retrofit. Loose wiring caused 3-day on-site installations.
We designed a complete M12 solution: A-code 4-pin for sensors, 5-pin for solenoid valves, 8-pin for stepper motors. 12 connector types, 3,000+ units total.
After retrofit: plug-and-play at customer sites. Installation time dropped from 3 days to half a day.
